8. Terms of business - Quotations given are not an offer of contract. Quotations are subject to change in Manufacturer Price increases, Availability of vehicles and any changes in finance rates. All applications are subject to gaining finance approval prior to an offer being made.
9. Complaints procedure - In the event of a complaint The Leden Group Ltd will reply with 5 working days, and aim to resolve any disputes within 15 days.
